ROAM Luggage Review + $50 off! || What's the best luggage brand for avid travelers?
One of the biggest travel struggles is finding the perfect luggage. Since we’re carry-on only travelers, we need something that’s big enough to fit all of our stuff, small enough to pass airline regulations, light enough to trek around the airport, unique enough to know it’s ours, and durable enough that it will last a lifetime.
We found all of that in ROAM Luggage.

THE SIZE
We have the Jaunt Carry-On, which is ROAM’s smallest suitcase. It’s approved for all major airlines as an overhead bin bag. It’s 22” tall, 14” wide, and 9” deep. The weight comes in at a whopping 6.6 pounds, which makes it the lightest suitcase we own.
ROAM also has three other sizes (one more carry-on and two check-ins), so there’s something for everyone.
All of them are made extremely light, making travel with them as smooth as possible.
THE DETAILS
This luggage is beautiful and functional, so let’s talk about why!
First is the color. It’s fully customizable! You get to choose the colors of everything from the shells to the zippers and the wheels. If you wanted, everything could be different at no extra cost. You also get a monogram (up to three characters) on the back leather pouch. This allows for maximum uniqueness.
The bag is water repellent (including the zipper), which gave us great piece of mind since we travel on a lot of cruises and during a lot of the rainy seasons.
For security there is a three-digit TSA approved lock.
Finally, our favorite part, the wheels! These guys are top of the line smooth, and we’ve put them to the test for sure! They’ve rolled on hardwood, carpet, tile, concrete, city streets, cobblestone streets, and more. They’re always smooth and quiet.
OUR FINAL THOUGHTS
They’re the best.
You should get yourself one, no doubt.
The only negative we’ve found is that the bag can get pretty scuffed up, but no paint has been chipped off or anything like that. If you get up close you can just clearly see that it’s been all over the world.
Bottom line, after many years and many, many trips, we’ve finally found our perfect luggage with ROAM. We tell everyone we know about it and couldn’t be more proud to own the first fully-customizable luggage in the game.
